Emotions can be binding and painful, but they can also be great teachers. In this conversation, I will discuss how we can learn to use mindfulness and compassion to learn from our emotions, appreciate their transient nature, and free ourselves from the tendency to cling to both pleasant and unpleasant experiences. We will explore the meditation methods and other skills training that can help us find more ease and emotional balance.
